Breathe Into Balance is a gentle, beginner-friendly meditation course created for busy moms who crave calm but don’t have hours to spare. Through five simple, nurturing modules, you’ll learn how to use breath and mindfulness to regulate your nervous system, feel more present in your day, and model emotional balance for your family. This course meets you right where you are — no perfect silence, no special cushion required — and helps you create a rhythm of stillness that feels doable, grounding, and genuinely transformative.

Meet Your Instructor

Hey there, I’m Blake. I am a certified meditation teacher, 200-hour yoga instructor, and mom of three. I created Breathe Into Balance because I know what it feels like to carry the weight of everyone else’s needs while quietly craving peace of my own. Before teaching mindfulness and meditation, I was an engineer so I deeply understand and appreciate the need for practical tools that produce results, even in a busy, demanding life. I’ve since dedicated my life to helping high-achieving women and overwhelmed moms reconnect with themselves through breath, stillness, and simple practices that shift the nervous system and support real-life change. I believe that inner calm isn’t something we have to find. It’s something we can learn to create, one breath at a time. In this course, I’ll guide you gently, with care and expertise, every step of the way.
